I just sketched this, which is one of the characters from Transfusion. This is actually done as CG using Painter, and I think it is quite obvious, it looks much more synthetic than my previous attempt at brush painting. Maybe I should avoid using Painter to emulate this style? Still, I quite like the image... I think this is a style I might use for some of the artwork in Transfusion (or at least to produce a series of pictures related to it). I like this style though, it's quick and fun, and I think it fits my style of drawing. |
